context menu does not show up

I used radcontextmenu with three items inside. The weird thing is when I right click it,  contextmenu with three items does not show up sometimes, instead an IE window  with many selections, e.g. select all..... shows up.

What cuases this issue?

The provided information is not enough for me and I was not able to replicate the problem on my side. Could you please open a new support ticket and send me a project which shows the reported behavior? I will debug it on my side and do my best to provide you with a working solution as soon as possible.

Please see the attachment, there are two pictures, the pic 1  is with the right context menu showing up. the pic 2 is with the wrong context menu showing up, which mostly happens when I first right-click the widget, then the popup IE menu pop up with many options, like ”select all”,”create shortcut” “view source”, etc. after I click "select all", then the right context menu as same as pic1 showing up.


Please advise.

The provided screenshots are not enough for me in order to reproduce the problem on my side. Could you please open a new support ticket and send me a project that shows the issue? Also, you can send me a live URL where I can reproduce the problem on my side.

Please note that I need to replicate the same behavior from the screenshots in order to provide a working solution  for you.
