CONFLICTS BETWEEN AJAX CONTROLS & AJAXTOOLKIT 15.1

Hello,

Are there any known conflicts between Telerik Ajax Controls and AjaxToolKit 15.1? 
There are many things using Telerik.  Just wanted to check before I install the update.
