Hi,
I am not sure how exactly you compress the scriptresources and webresources but when you set
<compilation debug="false" /> in the project's web.config file these resources are automatically compressed.
If you unable to solve the problem, open a support ticket and send a simple working project, which demonstrates it for examination.
