Hi,
There are Metro skin theme that is applied to all Telerik Rad COntrols and you could use it to create Metro style components. Also you could use the theme and a piece of custom CSS/HTML code to create custom components / HTML elements with a Metro style. The following demo Add elements in RadButton shows a few RadButtons with a Metro style.
