[Solved] Component errors in design view....

I am getting some designer errors with a RadAjaxManager, LoadingPanel, or AjaxPanel.

The AjaxManager and Loading Panel error:

Failed to create designer 'System.Windows.Forms.Design.CompenentDocumentDesigner, System.Design, Version=2.0.0.0 etc

The AjaxPanel error:

Failed to create designer 'Telerik.Web.Design.RadAjaxPanelDesigner, Telerik.Web.Design, Version=1.0.0.0 etc.

I hate it when I do this but I fixed it already.  Had to add the Telerik.Web.Design.dll to my bin.  It was not pulled in automagically.
