Hi Tamás,
I believe that RadChart can fulfil your requirements. Here you can see an example where the control is used to visualize DateTime data. Additionally if you need indicate an event which has a certain duration, you can use the marked zones feature. Each marked zone has a Start/EndX Start/EndY properties, through which you can specify a time range (Start/EndX) and a value range (Start/EndY).
For displaying tabular data, you can use our RadGrid component.
