[Solved] Como pude actualizar de Q1 2009 a Q2 2009

Paso 1
    - Desinstalar el Q1 2009
    - Eliminar la carpeta de RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2009 dentro de C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2009
     - Eliminar en el Regedit la carpeta de Telerik  /  RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2009 dentro de Equipo/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/TELERIK/RadControlsForASPNETAJAX
Paso 2
     - Instalar el RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2009.
     - Abrir el Visual Studio en mi caso 2005
     - Abrir un Proyecto que tengas componentes de Telerik
     - ir a Telerik / RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX -> Upgrade Wizard
     - Seleccionas la Versión v.2009.2.701.20 [Installation Folder]
     - le das Finish
     - Esperas a que se aplique la actualización
     - En mi caso reinicie la maquina varias veces para que aplicara los cambios (no se por qué no me Pregunten)
     - y tambien el Visual Studio lo abri y cerre varias veces.

Listo!.

when you uninstall the version of Q1 remove the Visual Studio Extensions for RadControl then I got problems installing Version Q2 but settled removed from the registry, this step will make me jejeje sorry:)

Hi Roderick,

I understand now. Indeed, the problem happened because of omissions in the standalone VSExtensions installer. You should not experience anymore problems with that after the Q2 release installation.
