Color for each appointment slot

hi,

I'm having a checkboxlist which is binding from the db, it has the following values

1.family
2. friends
3. business

on selecting the checkbox the scheduler populates with the appropriate values, so  what i want is i want to give different colors to these three for eg for family -blue , friends-green, business - orange
so that we can identify
 
any idea
