I had a problem with checkbox in a repeater under RadAjaxManager, I tried to tick a checkbox and debug to see whether checkbox has been checked however , the checkbox state always return checked = false. Anyone has same problem, please advice me a solution.

Could you please try wrapping the Repeater in an ASP:Panel and ajaxify the panel with RadAjaxManager instead of the Repeater control? Check it out and let me know if it makes any difference.
Additionally, it would be of help if you can share the problematic page code for further investigation.
