I'm working with the RadChart in displaying a stacked bar chart. I have enabled scrolling along the x-axis. The scrollbar is overlapping the bottom series (see attached image). How do I fix this?

Hello Chad,
This is a known limitation of the chart. I can suggest that you extend the MinValue of the chart (to say -10) so that the scrollbar does not overlap the bars.
