We need to display some Chinese charactors (in the Title etc.) It Works fine on the development machine (Vista Home Premium, English version, with East Asian Languange file installed in the Regional.. control panel) But, However, it displays empty box from the server (Win Server 2003 English version WITHOUT East Asian Languange file installed in the Regional.. control panel)...
Is it casued by the East Asian Languange file or any other reason?

That sounds like the localization issue derived from the fact that it does not have the East Asian Language file installed. If the server does not have the language support I don't think the RadChart engine can render the image to the browser correctly.
