Hi ,
You can change the features scope without redeploying the editor solution. The process is described in the RadEditorMOSS_4_5.chm documentation file that was part of the editor download. The article "Change the RadEditor features scope" is in the FAQ section of the help file.
I am also attaching a DDF file you can use to build the 4.56 version of RadEditorMOSS.wsp back if you extracted it and changed some of the files.
