Changing editcolumn icon image using css

I need to be able to change the editcolumn icon of the RadGrid to a custom Icon using css background properties.

Any direction pointers ?

Generally, you can use a GridTemplateColumn to achieve this requirement, as demonstrated in the attached web site sample.
