Changing default bullets

I need to change the default bullets (round) to squarebullets which were supplied to me by my Content Manager. I added a new listclass and it works fine if I apply that class to any giving content. But if Iclick the bullet button in the wizard bar, a round bullet is added to the squareone I inserted. How do I go about changing the round bullets to the onesprocured to me so that they are added without having to apply a css class.?
