Thank you for reporting the PublicKeyToken mismatch between version 1.8.2 and 1.9.0 of Telerik.Licensing.Runtime. I have good news that we have just released a new Telerik.Licensing.Runtime version 1.9.1 (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Telerik.Licensing/1.9.1) which addresses the PublicKeyToken issue, by restoring the original token: 98bb5b04e55c09ef.

As a small token of our appreciation for reporting this issue, I've also updated your Telerik points.
