Change theme/style for RadUpload window under RadFileExplorer control

Hi,
From the RadFIleExplorer, it has the funtionality to upload a file on the server.
How can I change/customize the look & feel of that particular upload window? I don't want to disturbed the existing theme/style of RadUpload for other pages. Is there anything which can alter the template for FileUpload in RadFileExplorer?
