On the examples there are lines such as, "<Selecting AllowRowSelect="True" EnableDragToSelectRows="false" />.  One of the parameters is uppercase while the other is lower.  Why is this?  Is it case sensitive, if so which are suppose to be uppercase and which lower?  How is one to know?

Hello Tim,

All HTML code in the markup is case-insensitive.
