Hello,telerik.
When I uninstalled telerik trial,I met question that can not removed.
As the attach file show,and I have deleted the install file.
Please help me,otherwise I can not update the telerik tools.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing such issues. To my regret we have yet to meet an issue like it.
I would suggest redownloading the requested trial version installer and using it for uninstallation.
You should be able to get the required installer from the following location:
RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Trial Version: 2009.3 1103
