When I press the download button I am getting sent to this page:
http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/ErrorPageResources/error.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/ZipHandler.ashx
Which shows this error:

Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for.


I am using Firefox 12 on Windows.

The download link is supposed to go here:
http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/ZipHandler.ashx?mode=get&suite=aspnet-ajax&skin=[MySkinName]

Hello,

I have tested your scenario and everything works as expected, and I was able to download the custom skin. You could check my test at: http://screencast.com/t/IJfLls6fNSe.

Probably it was a temporary problem, but now you should be able to download your skin.

Hi,

I am trying to create a new skin using http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/New.aspx. But this does not get loaded properly. Hence not able to go ahead. For your reference I have  attached a screen shot. I tried it almost on every browser, but the result is same.

You should start a new thread, since your problem has nothing to do with the original question.

The original issue remains a problem. It isn't an issue with downloading a new skin, the issue is with uploading a previously downloaded skin, changing it, then trying to redownload it with the changes. That is where it fails. I am guessing there is some CSS change in the uploaded files that causes an error on the server side, and the error shows up as a file not found error. I have been seeing these file not found errors all over Telerik's Web site, so I'm guessing the site-wide server error handler at Telerik.com is broken.

Hi Mike,

I didn`t realize that you are trying to import an already downloaded skin.

I have tested that scenario, and everything works as expected. I have created new skin using Visual Style Builder, then I have made some changes, saved it, downloaded it, and imported it again in the visual style builder and all changes that I made first time were saved. You could see my test at: http://screencast.com/t/fw7bQhaFN.

Note that if you zipped your file with several suborders, then the Visual Style Builder could give you an error during the import process. To be successfully added, you should keep your skin files in the main folder and not in sub-folders.

unzipped.gif shows how my unzipped custom skin look like, that was successfully imported into the visual style builder as you could see from the video.

My modified skin imports into the style builder fine and I can see the settings and modify them in the visual style builder. The problem shows up when I try to save the changed style. I suspect the error might be caused by one of the manual style modifications I made in Visual Studio that causes problem with the visual style builder. I'll have to troubleshoot this to see if it a specific style sheet file that is causing the issue, then look into any manual changes I made to that stylesheet outside of the style builder.

Probably the problem is really specific, as I can`t reproduce it, following usual steps of creating, downloading and importing skin. We will be glad, if you keep us on track and inform us if you find any issues, that should be fixed.
