Hi Soumya,

The following tutorial shows creating a custom RadMenu skin, using the default skin as a base.

Tutorial: Creating A Custom Skin

Follow the same steps described in the tutorial and in the 5th step, copy the "Windows 7" skin files (insted of Default) from the installation directory to the your directory and continue with the remaining steps.
