I got complain from user that he has some experience difficulties to load the chart. Some internet connections are fine but other are not, it takes huge of time to load the chart and got error time out. He use the same laptop. May I know the security setting might cause the issue to load the chart? Thanks in advance.

Currently we are not aware of such issues with RadChart. Can you please provide more details about your scenario and what are the differences in the cases when the chart works fine and when it does not work fine. What is the exact error message you get?
