This is kind-of a weird corner case but it is ugly enough that I'd like to fix it.
In document manager, if my user creates a folder and then tries to delete the folder, the following error appears:

Hello,
Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and have fixed it in the latest service pack release for the 2009.1 RadControls as well as the new 2009.2 release of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. You will need to update your project to a newer version of the Telerik.Web.UI assembly and the issue will be resolved - when you delete the current folder, the file explorer will automatically navigate to the parent folder.
