Dear Telerik Community,

It is quite vague what i have stated in the title, but what i want to do is to have an possibility to expand / collapse rows. So when i click in a row on a + mark it expands a panel underneath it where further detailed information is provided. When i click on the - the panel will be collapsed. It is something like that Panelbar control but then in an radgrid. Is this already possibile in the radgrid?

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,
Michiel Peeters

Hi Michiel,

With RadGrid for ASP.NET AJAX you can achieve the functionality you depicted using NestedViewTemplate relations. See the implementation from this demo for details.

Hello Michiel,

You could use NestedViewTemplate to show Details for grid row. Here you can find demo of using NestedViewTemplate.
NestedViewTemplate Relations

Also check the documentation: NestedView template

Hi Telerik admin, I couldn't access the demo link which your provided. I keep getting the "Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for." error for all the demos. Is there something wrong?
