Thank you for contacting us.
I tried to replicate the issue you are experiencing with RadEditor in Chrome on our site but no avail.
I'm attaching a video demonstrating the test.

I would advise you to revise and clean the styles on your page and if the issue is still reproducible to send us a simple, fully runnable project so we will be able to reproduce and examine it locally.
