Looking for advice on how you have used Telerik tools to build help files for web apps without building individual pages.  Trying to find a way to build it into a database etc versus just a static hard coded page.

Hi Brian,

The Telerik Documentation and the Knowledge Base section of it are using static pages. The entire site is located in our GitHub Repository at https://github.com/telerik/ajax-docs. You can clone it to your computer if you want to have it locally.

Telerik Demos are built in a Visual Studio WebSite project and every page is static. You can download the demos with the Telerik Installer/Control Panel.

At Progress, we provide UI Components and we can offer guidance in utilizing the Telerik Controls, their APIs as well as help with the built-in functionalities of the Components.

Topics related to Web Design & Planning, you can research on the internet or consult with the appropriate community.
