The BubbleSeries' appearance shown in your screenshot could not be achieved with the current implementation of RadHtmlChart. Thanks to your suggestion, I have logged it in our Feedback portal where you can vote for it and track its progress. As more and more people vote for it, we will raise the priority of the task and deliver it to you as soon as possible.
I have also updated your Telerik points for the nice suggestion.
