I am subscribing to the server side NodeExpand event to add child nodes, and if no childnodes are being added an empty node is still be rendered as follows;

<LI class="rtLI" _itemTypeName="Telerik.Web.UI.RadTreeNode">
<DIV class="rtMid">
    <SPAN class="rtSp"></SPAN>
    <SPAN class="rtMinus"></SPAN><IMG blah blah />
    <SPAN class="rtIn">File Listeners</SPAN>
</DIV>
<UL class="rtUL rtLines" style="VISIBILITY: visible; OVERFLOW: visible; POSITION: static; HEIGHT: auto">

The last UL is the empty node in which only the vertical line is rendered. I would like to get rid of this gap in the tree.

Thanks.

Hello Mark,

I couldn't reproduce this problem using the current official release. Please find attached my test page. Am I missing something?
