Binding Treeview on radcombo select change event

   i need to bind treeview on rad combo select change event. using ajax.
  I have tried it in many ways for inst
Thru radajax panel am gettins some error.

So is there any other way to bind treeview while clicking the Radcombo or dropdownlist.
Kindly get back to me as this is the show stopper for my project.
