Best scenario for this funcionality

Hi, what is the best scenario for achieving this sample from ext.net  in telerik framework:

For each sample, this package creates a new tab window:

Ext.net Examples tab windowed

This is the closest sample in Telerik:

Does it exist some similar control or a closer aproach to it?

The main controls the could be useful in achieving the layout from the provided site are: RadSplitter, RadTabStrip, RadTreeView.
