batch Error with your new version

I use last telerik version .

in radGrid with batch mode I use OnBatchEditOpened client side. OnBatchEditOpened is fired for all column but when I update my telerik dll it isn't fired for the column they I set display false.

why ?

Hi,

I tested OnBatchEditOpened client-side event and it fires as expected with the new version. Note that this event is fired after a cell is opened for edit. If the column is not visible you can not enter cell in edit mode which means that the event cannot fire.

Indeed you are right and we have changed the behavior of OnBatchEditOpened client-side event in the latest version. I have updated your Telerik points for pointing this out. However, the current behavior is correct because it is not expected to have invisible and at the same time editable column and make some modifications for it on event that fires when the row/cell is opened for edit. You mentioned that you can not change your scenario, Therefore I recommend you explain what is the exact case in which you are using this event in order to provide a possible solution. If you can isolate the problem in a sample runnable project would be great.
