Axis Label Position with Negative Values in Series

According to the documentation there should be a way to set the location of the axis label position via property
    Telerik.Web.UI.HtmlChart.AxisLabelPosition. 

Which allow the values of: OnAxis, Start, or End

It is demonstrated in this demo. 

My version does not have that property. I am running "Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX R2 2018".  

Do I need a newer version?

Hi Mike,

The desired feature is available as of our R1 2019 release, so you will need to upgrade at least to version 2019.1.115 in order to use it:
