    How can I avoid showing up timeslotcontext menu when right clicked on resource header or row header ?

Hello Raj Puri,

This is a bug in the RadScheduler. Context menus appear even on the vertical scrollbar. I've reported this and it will be fixed soon.

You can follow this bug by ID# 2528.
