Auto Grid height within RadPanel

Let's say I have a grid inside and PadPanelItem.  Is it possible to set the grid height to fill 100% of that panel?

I looked through that thread and it doesn't seem to address what I am looking for, but perhaps I am mis-understanding it.  I am looking for some help on sizing a container grid when the panel is expanded (I guess a client side script).   Are you saying that as long as I set all the containers to 100% height, the grid should be able to take up the entire panel?
