How to enable/disable control inside repeater client-side???

Hi all, I have an ASP.NET repeater and inside it, some Telerik Web Controls (as shown below)

I would chkProva checkbox to enable/disable all controls inside repeater item.
How can I get it client-side? Is it possible?

I've tried with the following javascript code in the HEAD tags

but I get the following errore message at runtime:

In alternative it could be done server-side with an Ajax Panel solution... but how?

client side event editItem(index) causes full page postback

Like the title says, when using the client side method MasterTableView.editItems(index) there is a full page postback. Is this the expected behavior of the method or is there a way to show the edit form without hitting the server so there is not a full page post back?

Menu to drive label and Image details

I have a RadMenu that is loaded via a Linq to SQL class in div "RadMenu1". In div2 I want a Title field (a label) and a AspImage to be loaded when a user selects a link from the RadMenu.

My Table currently looks like this:
idProject
projLink
projTitle
projImage

Example:

Link1 (id=idProject, Text=projLink)
Link2 (id=idProject, Text=projLink)
Link3 (id=idProject, Text=projLink)

Title (id=idProject, Text=ProjTitle)

I am currently loading my RadMenu like this:
ClassesDataContext db = new ClassesDataContext();
                var prod = from p in db.ProjectImages
                           select p;

                RadMenu1.DataSource = prod;
                RadMenu1.DataFieldID = "idProjects";
                RadMenu1.DataTextField = "projLink";
                RadMenu1.DataValueField = "idProjects";
                RadMenu1.DataBind();

This is where I am stuck. How do I load the corresponding Label and ASPImage on click of one of the RadMenu Items?

IE8 font sizes changing for some users

We've run into an issue where users running IE8 have fonts on the page in other divs and drop down lists are being made larger when users interact with the Combo Box.

Double CommandName

This is my problem.
I have this RadGrid with an EditFormTemplate (UserControl). With a button called "AddNew" we create a new row in the grid.
On the EditFormTemplate we want to have 3 buttons:
- Update
- Cancel
- Update and Insert New

The first two buttons was easy. Button with CommandName="Update" and CommandName="Cancel". These events are bubbled to the RadGrid and handled. The last button i'm lost on how this must be accumplished.
I've created a normal button and in the eventhandler i wrote:

this.RaiseBubbleEvent(sender, new CommandEventArgs("Update", null));

this.RaiseBubbleEvent(sender, new CommandEventArgs("InitInsert", null));

This first event is handled by the RadGrid, but the second one isn't.
How can i create a button the updates the current edited row, and inserts a new one...?

[Solved] Personalized XAxis items

Hello,

I'm working with RadChart control and I want to display the price evolution of an equity.

I can generate my Chart without problems with an XAxis based on the dateTime (converted with ToOADate method). My problem is that an equity is only traded during the opening periods of the market.

Is it possible to personalize the XAxis items to display only the item that I provide to the Chart?
Here is an example of data :

2009/09/10 ==> 23.4
2009/09/11 ==> 23.6
2009/09/14 ==> 23.2
2009/09/15 ==> 22.9

There is no data for the weekend (2009/09/12 and 2009/09/13) and I want that the chart display only the information about the open days without an approximation for the day without prices.

How to filter a column of dropdowns in RadGrid

On my RadGrid have a column of DropDownLists. I use those DropDownLists to present the sting definitions(from another table) of foreign keys of the table to which i bound my RadGrid over my datasource. Such as:

RadGrid Checkbox Conversion problem

Hello,

I would like a textbox column in my RadGrid. Unfortunately, I must have a boolean data type to get this to work, and what I have now is a char of 1 length (Y and N values). I looked into the sql conversion tables and couldn't find a compatible conversion. Is there a way to get the boxes to check or uncheck based on Y and N values, or a way to convert to boolean that I've missed?

I hope this question is clear, and appreciate any help.

[Solved] RadDock AutoPostBack problem in 2009.1.527.20

Hello,

I've upgraded from 2009.1.311.35 to 2009.1.527.20 and found problem that broke some of my functionality: automatic post back on dock close does not work in RadDock anymore.

You can use following code to reproduce the problem, compile it with version 2009.1.311.35 and 2009.1.527.20 and you'll see the difference, close the dock and check if postback was issued.
