Is it possible to do a grid hierachy example

RadGrid Group Expand

Hi,

I have a rad Grid with Grouping Feature. I am binding Group name with image icon next to it dynamically in Item_created event.

i.e I take GroupName and image name separated by some special character ex. '#', split it in Item created event and display it.

All works fine when page is loaded first time but when i try to collapse the group it does not show properly i.e it displays GroupName#ImagePath with ":" added to the start.

Request you to please suggest.

How to determine if the editor's content has changed

How do you tell if the HTML content of the editor has changed?

is there some sort of hasChanged flag?

i need access to this information via Client Side scripting.

Disable RadSlidingPane Title Bar

Hi

I am Using RadSlidingPane for my Application and I should disable the title bar for not to shown in my page.
I look up at it`s property but it didn`t workout , and I just disabled Docking button But I want whole title bar not to shown in my page .

I will be realy happy if someone could help me , or interduce me some control like RadSlidingPane but with no title bar !

How to know when the upload is complete

Hi All,

How do we know when the upload is complete. My program takes in a file and converts it into a pdf file after upload and then i need to stream it back to the browser. I am not sure how to track the upload complete on the browser side so that i can initiate another page after the upload to stream the pdf. i would like to do this initiation through a javascript, i am not sure which event i should track on the client side to do this soon after the upload is complete.

Specified argument was out of the range of valid values

Hi, I'm having a problem with a Grid, the thing is that I automatically expand the items and save the expand state when an update is done...but sometimes brings me this error:
Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: ItemHierachicalIndex
I got the code to keep the state of the grid, from a telerik forum; this is where the page marks me the error

StyleSheetManager Combine and AJAX

I'm having an issue with the RadStylesheetManager not combining the css files on AJAX requests. The RadStylesheetManager works properly on the intial page request, but on AJAX requests I see individual WebResource requests to WebResource.axd and not Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd. The RadScriptManager residing on the same page works as expected during AJAX requests combining the script files for the controls and using the Telerik handler. I've tested this with both Fiddler and Firebug and tried this with both IE and FireFox using both Q3 2008 and the latest nightly build of Q2 2009.

Any help would be appreciated.

Error when hitting Enter in TextArea

Hi,

When predefining content in a TextArea you get an Unspecified error when hitting Enter.
To reproduce this:

Open Internet Explorer 8 (other versions seem to have the same problem, but I cannot confirm. Firefox apparentally does not allow to predefine content in a Textarea inside the RadEditor).
Go to a website with a RadEditor, eg: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/autosave/defaultcs.aspx
Add a Textarea element.
Hit <Enter> (given that the caret is in the Textarea, otherwise doubleclick on the Textarea before hitting <Enter>)
A messagebox pops up stating Unspecified error

I know that using <Shift> + <Enter> does the trick. But is there a way to either accept the <Enter> as a newline or display a custom error message?
