I know that there ave been numerous posts regarding portal implementations but none that I could find related to both dynamic docks and asynchronous content.
My scenario is this:
I have a number of docks that can be added from a catalog. I am able to add the add the docks dynamically without problems (that has been covered in numerous other posts). Where I'm having trouble is when I add a dock that asynch loads its data from the browser.
How do I get the content of my dynamically added dock to begin an asynch request for data? I'd love to see a simple example of a dynamically added RSS reader dock which begins retrieving data once its rendered on the browser.
Forgive me if this question/sample already exists.

hello,
i have i radgrid with a column named "Price" and "Discount".
In the SQL database these values are of type: decimal(9,2)
in the radgrid they are like:
price discount
when i export them
to excel some results are correct presented in the column in the same way
but many has a complete different value, for example:
430,10 0,85
i notice that there is a "," instead of "."
when i export to CSV everything is correct.
has anybody else found the same bug?

Greetings,
I have been recently evaluating the RadEditor lite in my MOSS 2007 standard farm. We are pleased with the cross-platform improvements.
However, when you enter a URL in the form of say http://proxy.com:port and then hit a space afterwards, it automatically makes it a link and then pops up an error that says "Error while executing filter MakePathsAbsolute - [object error]"
I see this listed as fixed in http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/whats-new/release-history/q1-2008-sp1-version-2008-1-515.aspx your q1-2008-sp1 fix.
Does the Lite version not include bug fixes? If not, does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Hi,
I have got a hierarchy grid with three levels.
At the top most level, 'GenericName' as DataKeyNames.
At the second level,'RegionId' as DataKeyNames.
At the third level,'StateId' as DataKeyNames.
I want to access the DataKeyNames('GenericName') in the top most level at the third level.

Hi,
I went through one problem..
Problem was that i have Iframe Window under which I am displaying supose default.aspx page
That default.aspx page having Radgrid and one of the column of RadGrid is Linkbutton,I want to open
Radwindow on click of this link button,I tried this But problem I faced was that Radwindow open under IFrame,
Is there any options by which we Can open that Radwindow Above to IFrame window.When I used simple window
then It works fine..
I hope I'll get my solution soon..

I have a dropdown arrow button with the width 23 but It's not showing the entire image.
This is my css:

Hi together,
we have the following scenario in our Web Application.
Masterpage with 4 ContentPlaceholders, every page uses the masterpage.
We would like to update a label that is placed outside from the RadAjaxPanel.
Please look at the following code, in this case we click on "cmdTabOne" the
"cmdTabOne_Click" event fires fine and the "lblHeadline" label will be updated correct.
The Label "lblContextInfo" which is outside from the RadAjaxPanel will not updated.

Hello,
Im in a situation where I need to upload an Outlook Exchange shortcut file (.xnk) via the RadEditor. The Editor inserts the link, but when I click the link I get a page-not-found.
I tried uploading a normal Windows shortcut-file (.lnk) and I realized that the Editor actually uploaded the exe which the shortcut was pointing to, not the shortcut-file itself. This means that when the link is clicked, the exe is downloaded, not the shortcut. I get the exact same page-not-found if I manually copy the Windows shortcut file into the editors upload folder and then create a link to it via the editor.
However, when I upload the xnk-file, the shortcut itself is uploaded, and i guess that is the problem.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?
