Hi there,

Is it possible to have the scheduler in week view, grouped by a resource like in your Resource Grouping demo, but then have a longer period of time showing than just a week? So in your demo with both Group by options checked, displaying Vertically, but then the date range would scroll downwards longer than just a week?

find and replace in radeditor

hi,

I'm using a radeditor ctrl in my ascx page where the find and replace (like binaculars), when clicked on it appears.
The problem I'm facing is , the find button doesnot have a button appearance instead just the text "find" appears. but we're able to click on it and it does the functionality.But why does 'find' is missing the button appearance(same thing with replace).

Even I get 'Match case'. But this one is missing the checkbox? what should I do to configure this. Plzs help me with code.

studering when collapsing

Hi

When im populating my panelbar with simple textboxes, checkboxes the collapsing is very smooth. However, when I populate with a radCalender suddenly my panel bar stutters when opening the panel. Is there someway to help this?

Scheduler not rendering outside selected window with recursion

So, I'm having a little difficulty populating appointments to my RadScheduler. I've exported the recurring events to iCal and imported them into Outlook (which works fine), but the scheduler doesn't look like it renders past the initially selected window. For instance, if I set it on month view and page forward (where events should be recurring into), I get nothing. Same thing goes for navigating backward. If I set it on week view, I get the same behavior only with the next and previous weeks.

I'm loading all my appointments on Page_Load using the recurring ranges. Is there a way of doing this and if so, what event am I looking for to manipulate the appointment collection?

Filter On Date

Hi,

I have a a radgrid connected to an Oracle table.

The grid contains several columns, one of which is a date/time field.

All the columns have filters on them at the top, with the date/time field having a pop up calendar to select the date (built into telerik).

Now, when I select a date from the calendar, no records are selected. This is because it looks at BOTH the date AND time portion of the data for exact matches (and as I have specified ONLY a date, the time defaults to 00:00:00), and finds no matches, even though I know there should be matches.

What is the point of this? I'm NEVER going to look for 25/12/09 23:59:59 am I? But I DO want to search for 25/12/09 on it's own, regardless of the time.

Yes, I know I can strip the date out in my code, and display the time in another column, but I should't have to - that's extra work, and I buy telerik to reduce my work, not create more! Other grids allow you to search for just the date, so why can't Telerik?

I've asked before for Telerik to address this, in support tickets, but nothings been done, so PLEASE can we get date filtering working 'correctly', it really does cause me lots of issues with users unable to filter by date.

Display issue with validator error message

Hi,
I followed the example of adding a validation control to a grid in edit mode.
I have a grid with EditMode="InPlace", and after the validation control is added the error message distorts the display of the textbox.
How can I control this (for instance, add a line break between the edit text box and the error message that willbe displayed, i.e the validator control)?
I would like the error message to be displayed underneath the editable textboxes in edit mode.

inject XmlHttpPanel progarammatically?

hi.
I need to use XmlhttpPanel inside DotNetNuke (which is built via UserConrtol loaded to the page).
so i tried this attached application to inject the XmlHttpPanel programmatically to usercontrol and load it to the page
and i want to activate the panl on the client side via javascript.

please tell me what is wrong and how i can enable it in this scenario.
