[Solved] yaxis on right side of the chart

by default in chart, yaxis are on left hand side.
what setting needs to make it on right hand side vs left hand side ?

Short Code needed

Hi all

Short VB code needed;

I have a grid with edit and add new record enabled, and by using a template for EditFormType i built my own input form.
the problem is that i need an insert / update button so:

+ when the user click edit, the text on the button shows Update and when the user click Insert new record the button shows up as Insert.

Group on GridDropDownColumn

When a grid contains a GridDropDownColumn to display text linked to a value of a field, the Group feature only shows the value of the field and not the related text. The documentation says that showing the value of the field is the default and additional comments on the forum suggest using GroupByExpression to permit showing the text field. However, I can not get this to work. I am using two EntityDataSources, one for the grid datasource and a second to host the dropdown values. I would like to implement a solution but if the current RadGrid can already pull the text from the second datasource to show in the grid, it should be automatically possible to show the same text when using the Group function.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Radslider as custom Scroll bar

I am using Radslider as a custom scroll bar , I have set of Items , the number of items appear is dynamic..I used to get scroll bar when number of items > 2 . after using RadSlider to customize scroll bar, slider is appearing always , i.e. independent of items count. please help me in resolving this issue. thanks in advance.

hi,
i really love all functionality of RAD Dock but one big annoying thing is it is table based rendering, and for me and my client this is really big drawback if not deal breaker, because as you know if i have like 10 Docks how many tables this means ? beside it is seriously not following new web design pattern, tables should be for data so is there a way to get rid of tables and use Divs ?

Disabled Items are selectable

Hi...

I have a RadGrid where i disable (e.Item.Enabled = false;) on ItemDataBound depending on some condition.

The grid has a client select column with a checkbox which, on databound, is disabled based on the same condition described above.

CheckBox chkbx = (CheckBox)item["SelectCol"].Controls[0];

chkbx.Enabled = false;

All of this functionality works fine and is rendered correctly in the browser.

However. my grid allows the user to click anywhere in the row to select the item client side.

The problem is that even the rows that are set as disabled on the ItemDataBound event are selectable and the checkboxes also get marked with a tick.

Surely setting the e.Item.Enabled = false; should not even allow selection on the client?

Any help with work arounds will be very useful.

Finding Nodes by Attribute AND Value

Hi there.

I have a tree view where the basic heirarchy is such:

Location
Company
Employee

The value for each of these nodes is a numeric id. My issue is that the Node values can be the same for the nodes at different levels of the tree. For example, the node value for Location X could be 23 AND the Node value for Employee 127 could be 23.

So, my problem is that the Find methods (FindByValue in this case) doesn't always find the correct node. I did add and Attribute to each node that defines the node level as defined by my below enum:

public enum ReportTreeNodeType

{

Location,

Company,

Employee

}

So, what I really need do do is find by both a value and an attribute. Ideas on how to best solve this issue without iterating through each node?

Correction - I am saving the Node type in the DataItem of the node and not the Attribute.

Show hide tr .. /tr in edit template of a RAD Grid

I need to set the visibility of the tr from the grdProductGroup_ItemDataBound when the record is selected for editing.
Currently,
