Ability to resize appointments across multiple columns in Week/Multiday View

Hi guys

Regarding - Ability to resize appointments across multiple columns in Week/Multiday View (demo), I was able to resize appointments only to the right, but not to the left.

EDIT: I just figured it out - you need to grab the top resize handler to go to the left. Please, consider this as UX feedback.

Problem in implementing Multi column Combo box with checkboxes and Item Request event

I have a scenario where i have to implement a multi column Combobox with checkboxes and ItemsRequested event.

With the help of this example
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/combobox/examples/functionality/templates/defaultcs.aspx, i am generate Multi Column Combobox with checkboxes, but i am facing trouble when assigning the data source on item request event. I am loosing the datasource on button click event, so not able to figure out which items are selected.

Any help will be appreciated.

[Important Change] Since Q2 2013 RadHtmlChart's Items collection is replaced by SeriesItems collection

Since Q2 2013, a couple of important changes have been introduced in the declaration of the Series in RadHtmlChart. The following properties have been renamed:

The SeriesItems collection replaces the Items collection.

The following objects should be added to the SeriesItems collection instead of a SeriesItem depending on the Series Type:

Series type	Series item
Candlestick	telerik:CandlestickSeriesItem
Bar, Column, Area, Line	telerik:CategorySeriesItem
Scatter, ScatterLine	telerik:ScatterSeriesItem
Bubble	telerik:BubbleSeriesItem
Pie, Donut	telerik:PieSeriesItem

XValue, YValue, SizeValue and ToolTipValue properties of the SeriesItem (now CategorySeriesItem, PieSeriesItem, ScatterSeriesItem and BubbleSeriesItem) have been renamed respectively to X, Y, Size and ToolTip.

In order to access the properties of the series in the code behind, the series must be cast to the respective series type.

For example:


(RadHtmlChart1.PlotArea.Series[0] as AreaSeries).SeriesItems[0].Y = 10;

The Items collection declaration becomes obsolete since Q2 2013 and will be available till the end of Q3 2013.

Radwindow close, but leaves PDF visiable

All expected behavior seems to work in other browsers.
I have attached a screen image as a visual aid..

I am using a radwindow and a active reports (7) webviewer in safari to open a pdf (acrobat reader).
See attachment for images
1. User clicks button in a radgrid to open the active report.
2. A modal opens that contains the webviewer
3. The report generates as expected in a PDF document.
4. The User clicks to close the modal
5. The PDF is still visible
See screen images… How do I clean this up and ensure it has been disposed properly also (memory)… I suspect it is a active reports issue.. I have posted on their support forums also.. ( http://www.datadynamics.com/forums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=152904 )

"mixed content" warning with SSL in web application

I'm testing with ssl in my web application, but I get some warning "mixed content" and is apparently the WebResources.

if I run my entire site on HTTPS runs fine without warning. but if I set only some SSL pages (login, update data, etc), I get the warning "mixed content"

as I can determine exactly what is wrong? my telerik version is Q1 2013 and I have Radscriptmanager and Radstylemanager

Flatten Input Appearance

I have some inputs (mainly radnumerictextbox), on a portion of my page with a blue background. I would like the textbox area to be white with no borders. I can do this with regular textboxes, but I have not been able to completely get rid of the border on the rad controls.

Any help would be appreciated!

Rotator not working in Chrome for iOS

I am experiencing a problem with Rotator in Chrome for iOS (iPad); it is not working at all... I checked the demo site for the latest Rad controls and also the Rotator is not working. In Safari for iOS it is working correctly.

I know the marketshare of Chrome for iOS won't be very big, but did anyone experience the same and maybe found a solution?

Sudden failure of RadGrid detail dropdown

This is perhaps a bit too proactive but I feel I need to cover all the bases.

I've been working for months on a Dot Net 4.0 C# app using a RadGrid.

This has a fairly conventional Header Detail arrangement. This has been working perfectly for months. Every time I click on the > arrow I get the usual list of details or the no records message. Either way the detail section is displayed.

Now, all of a sudden, under one specific unique conditions, which so far as the grid is concerned, is just a routine limiting of records from the database itself, the little > buttons are failing. No dropdown display at all, not even the no records message. It's as if they're disabled. Also the DetailTableDataBind is not even being called.

What could conceivably cause this? (I don't even know how to disable them. The question has never come up.)

Some questions

Hi,I've some questions about RadRadialGauge :

1) is it possible to change the colored range width (like as in the linear gauges);
2) is it possible to show only some labels ? for eaxample min value, max value and mid value, on the scale ?
3) is it possible to show a label with the actual value (similar to http://www.justgage.com/)
4) is it possible to set gaugerange by percentual instead values, like this
