I've just installed the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX on my computer which is running XP Professional and has VS 2008 on it.  When I try to follow some of the demonstration projects that call for starting a new project using the "ASP.NET AJAX-enabled Web site" template I find it's not  present.  I've rebooted and still no joy.  I recently upgraded to VS 2008 but some of the VS2005 items are still on the programs menu.  However, the core program Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 is no longer present.

Any suggestions as to how to get the template to show up.  Is there a way to get the template and add it to the menu of available templates in VS or is the problem more complex?

Thanks

Hello William Corry,

Visual Studio 2008 does not have such a template. All web sites are ajax-enabled by default. The "Ajax-enabled web site" template was available only in Visual Studio 2005 after installing ASP.NET Ajax 1.0.

I hope this helps,
