Are the attached chart types possible?
If they are could you please provide me with some sample code on how to create these types of charts.

Hello ScholarisPM,
It will be a bit tricky to create these kinds of graphs but it is possible. You can use the gantt type graphs to set custom start x, end x, start y, end y coordinates for each rectangle. Also you will need to colorize each series individually to match your needs.
