Hi Rahul,

Please try the following code snippet to set the CSS for a RadComboBox.

ASPX:

<telerik:RadComboBox ID="RadComboBox1" runat="server" CssClass="Combo">

<Items>

<telerik:RadComboBoxItem Text="Item1" runat="server" />

<telerik:RadComboBoxItem Text="Item2" runat="server" />
