Our team have already bought the RadControls for ASPNET AJAX .

I read the FAQ, 'the Telerik Developer License works WITHOUT license keys'.

Is this means If I have the licensed account, I can download the setup files anytime anywhere and run it on any server any domain?

How can I check if my setup files are copied by others or used on orther domains?

Hi Airad,

Our licenses for the ASP.NET AJAX controls are developer-based. Each license allows only 1 person to work with our controls in a development environment.

As long as only the authorized developer is using the controls, he/she may install them on as many machines as needed and use them for an unlimited number of applications. The use of our software by developers who are not licensed to our controls is in conflict with our License Agreement and would not be tolerated.

To accommodate the needs of larger developer teams, we offer aggressive volume discounts. If you are interested in getting a price quote, please e-mail us at sales@telerik.com with your company billing address and the type and number of licenses needed.

I hope the provided information was helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Lidiya

Hello Airad,

As the licensed developer, you should ensure our software is not used by non-authorized users.

Per our licensing policy, you may make copies on more than one computer, as long as the use of the software is by the same licensed developer. The software is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g. hard disk or other storage device) of that computer for development purposes. If you install the software on a network server for the sole purpose of internal distribution among licensed developers this is not considered "use" of the software, so long as each individual developer has purchased a license.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Kind regards,
Lidiya
