When they save a second time, the ampersand in & it also changed to & resulting in &

Any ideas?

Hi Jim,

Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the problem on our test server. For your convenience I attached a small video with my test. Inform me if I am doing anything wrong in it.

In addition could you provide us with a step by step scenario of how to reproduce the issue? A small video of your own will be helpful as well.

It seems the issue was caused by pasting HTML (source) in from an Outlook email. The pasted source included HTML, HEAD, and BODY tags. Once those were removed the problem stopped occurring.
