RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2010_2_713_dev.EXE
"dev" means "non-trial". In the other case the file name contains "_trial".
Another way to check is to see the description of the Telerik.Web.UI. assembly. It should be "Telerik.Web.UI" and not "Telerik.Web.UI Trial version".
