It was all because I commented out the multiple resource User in my RadScheduler page...
How can I debug something so that it gives me SOME kind of feedback...ANYTHING...instead of just sitting there and flickering

Hello Calvin,
At first please disable the AJAX on your page by setting the EnableAjax property to "false" in the RadAjaxManager. That way you will be able to see the exact error.
