Adding a RadDock from another page

I want a client to go to a "widget" page to select his widget. When he clicks on Add it will save it to the db. When they go to the portal page that widget will show up.

You can use the online demo My Portal as a base for implementing the desired functionality. The difference is that the RadDocks will be added on the page according to the information, posted from the "widget" page.
