Adaptable Width = x% to table.tr.td

Hi Masters

I use the radmenu  with property Flow equal vertical inside the follow structure

 <tr style="height:28%;width:100%;vertical-align:top"> 
                            <td >
                                 <uc:UCMenu ID="UCMenu1" runat="server" Orientation="Vertical" />   <%--  inside rad menu--%>
                            </td>
  </tr>

but when change of resolution the radmenu  it gets some size or when use witdh = 100% grows much....

I need your guidance and help.
