Hi,
Thanks for contacting Telerik support. Form your question I could not know what exactly mobile capabilities you would like to apply. Note that some of the Telerik controls have responsive and or/elastic and or/mobile capabilites.
We have a web application: Responsive Web Design where ti is demonstrated of how to use the controls to create a layout that will look good on all kind of platforms - laptops, dekstops, tables and mobile cell phones. There is an information of what the different responsive behaviors mean and examples how to apply them. Also each controls that have some responsive behavior is included in the sample app to demonstrate how to be used.

Thank you very much, exactly what I need is for the elements to accommodate any portable device. The http://ruzhenov/RWD/responsive-web-design-aspnet.aspx link does not work. Where I can get more information?
