Hi

We are facing some problem in using latest telerik Controls.
We have upgraded telerik controls from older version to new version(Q1 2009).We have installed it through installer on our dev machines and all functionality is working perfectly fine.
But we are facing problem on Development Server. We have upgraded reference in site
When we are running the site it is giving error "Access Denied"  in MicrosoftAjax.js

We tried to sort out the problem using this link
http://weblogs.asp.net/bleroy/archive/2007/01/31/how-to-work-around-the-quot-access-denied-quot-cross-domain-frame-issue-in-asp-net-ajax-1-0.aspx
but no result
Is there any setting required while upgrdation of controls??Because on all developer's  machine, this error is not coming
Only on Server(Where we have not run run installer) problem is coming

Kindly provide some solution of this problem ASAP. We are stuck due to this issue.

Thanks & regards
Monika Sharma

Hello Monika,

I suggest you perform troubleshooting using the Fiddler tool and the tips from this topic in the RadControls documentation to determine the cause of the access denied error.

Another thing you can try is remove the RadControls from the page which generated the exception and add an arbitrary control from the MS Ajax Toolkit on it to see whether the same exception is generated. You may also check whether some indexing service (running in the background on your production server) may be the reason for the rejected access to the page in question.

Let us know what your findings are.

Kind regards,
Sebastian
